Stress relieving foods

According to my own personal informal poll, people are stressed out these days. When people are stressed, they tend to fall back on old eating habits that will only make them feel worse in the long run. It’s important to take care of yourself when life gets tough or you could wind up getting sick.
These are a few of my favorite ways to help my brain and body get relaxed and grounded.
I find that if I eat pasta when I’m stressed I get an initial feeling of being full and relaxed, but then I get a rush of energy soon after. Experiment, see what works for you.
