One of the most common complaints I hear from people trying to eat better is “It’s so expensive to eat well.”
That can be very true, especially if you’re eating high quality designer chocolate. Some of those babies come in at over $10 a bar. (For the record, they are delicious and I’m OK with expensive chocolate, it’s far better for you than the cheap stuff.)
It takes money to create quality foods, but not all good food will cost you. Here’s an article from Rodale.com that explains how healthy foods don’t need to be expensive. Click here to read it.
Eating less meat will do better things for your health, your body, your wallet and the planet, so help out, feel and look better and have a bowl of beans and rice for dinner.
