Turn off your tv

Television is one of the biggest motivation robbers around. It can be great entertainment but many of us go overboard with the TV watching.

Sure it can be a great relaxation method but as far as I’m concerned, there isn’t much more out there that can depress like daytime TV. ┬áNothing like trying to have a conversation with someone watching a show they love, that’s loads of fun.

Watching TV is a routine that can easily turn into a rut. Do you eat with it on? Do yourself a favor and turn it off. Conversation is crucial for relationships and with the amount of information that we’re bombarded daily we could all use some peace and quiet.

Let yourself sit in silence once in a while, your brain will appreciate it and so will your nervous system.
