Need cooking tips?

I found a book that I’m kinda overwhelmed by, but it’s got so much information I’d feel like I was cheating you out on a good thing unless I share.

The book is called “How To Break An Egg” by the editors, contributors and readers of Fine Cooking Magazine and it’ll teach you how to do loads more than that. It’s got 1,453 tips and techniques to help you cook better, fix food and deal with emergency substitutions, things you really need to know quickly when a meal becomes mayhem.

This book is extraordinarily complete and would be a welcome addition to any kitchen. If you do buy How To Break An Egg, I suggest reading it from cover to cover so you know what info is in there.

This book will come in handy on many occasions, what I love about it is the information is clear and simple to understand. Who knew there were so many ways to make cooking easier?
