Recipe for Michael K: Whole grain mazto

After posting a link for Easter eggs yesterday, I got a request for an organic mazto recipe.
I searched far and wide and came up with this one from Food and Wine dot com. Unlike other recipes on this site I have not tried this, the reason being it’s already Wednesday and I don’t have the time to do so and post it in time for those that may be interested.
You can make this recipe by using organic products which are available at your local health food store or online, kosher I can’t help you with (sorry).
Good news is the recipe looks to be very simple and the mazto can be made up to a week in advance and stored in an airtight container.
