The guacamole trick
- Jul 25th 2012
We all know that avocados rock, they’re full of nutrients, good fats and are oh so tasty.
(They’re not local for me, but sometimes you’ve got to break the rules.)
Next time you make a batch of guacamole, here’s an easy trick to keep it from browning. Ready?
- Make guacamole, keep the avocado seeds and make sure they are intact.
- After making guac, put the avocado seeds into the guacamole and leave them there.
- Either leave in or remove right before serving.
That’s it! Easy peasy right?
I love things that are quick, simple and work, woo hoo!
