Thirsty? It may be your drink

It amazes me how sweet most beverages are, it’s ironic because sugar makes you thirstier.

From a marketing standpoint it makes sense. Personally, I have no idea how people can drink most of the drinks on the market, the carbonated stuff is bad for your bones, the ones without fizz are so over-sweetened I cut them with at least 50% water when I do drink them.

Here’s an article from Take Part dot com to start your week off right, it’s called ‘9 Sugar Drinks Worse Then A Candy Bar’, by Ryan Cooley. This article really surprised me, especially regarding the green tea drink.

As always, when thirsty water is the way to go. Make it your primary beverage and save a ton of calories and sugar for real food with some actual nutrition.
