No GMO Tips

Currently, the U.S. doesn’t need to label GMO foods or ingredients.  I prefer knowing what I’m eating and I try to avoid GMO’s as much as possible, but how do you know?

Today’s piece is from Culinate dot com by Caitlin Junkin, called ‘No GMO, thanks’. It’s full of tips to avoid GMO’s while shopping, some that are pretty sneaky. For example, if you like sweet, you’ll want to make sure the label lists pure cane sugar and not just sugar. If it says sugar only, chances are it’s GMO from sugar beets.

I really appreciate the article today, we all need to keep updated with the latest information when it comes to avoiding GMO’s, thank you Culinate dot com.
