Go Rawlicious!

I was in the city with a friend last night, we needed food and A. suggested we go to Rawlicious.

A. has celiac and diabetes, so it’s really hard for him to find good, clean food he can eat. When we got there it was like Mecca for him, everything on the menu was suitable and sounded great.

It was a little cold out and I was fantasizing about a hot meal, but considering the circumstances I decided to go for it. I’m glad we did, everything was organic, GMO free, beautiful and really delicious. We ordered summer rolls, flatbread, raw pad thai and “meatloaf,” it was tough to choose a favorite. I didn’t miss hot food, everything was so nutrient rich we left full, happy and warm.

If you’re curious about raw food, this is a good place to start. The staff was wonderful and patiently answered all our questions, we even got our food quickly, which is not typical for a raw restaurant.  We really enjoyed everything about Rawlicious, if you get the chance I recommend you try it. It’s located in SoHo, at 249 Centre Street, their website is rawlicious.ca/usa. If you’re in Toronto, you’re in luck, they’ve got one there too.

Eat healthy and feel great, thanks Rawlicious for what you do.
