How much sugar are you really eating?

Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend, it was beautiful here.

So, with the creation of low-fat and no-fat foods ages ago, sugar was increased to add flavor. We’re now used to it and things are sweeter than ever. Sounds lovely, but it’s bad news for  us and our pancreas, diabetes is higher than ever.

Make sure to read labels especially when it comes to sugar content, there may be far more than you ever thought.
