When life hands you a platter of hideous, you can do these few things to feel better.
- Make sure to eat really well. This isn’t the time for junk food, you’re under a ton of stress and need to take care of your body so you stay strong. Also, make sure you’re hydrated, so drink more water.
- Make sure to get sleep. Even napping will help, just make sure to get good rest.
- Reach out to your friends and family, they know you and are willing to help out.
- Exercise. I know, it’s the last thing you want to do but it will help to make you feel more yourself.
- Know that time heals.
