Sh*t happens…

When life hands you a platter of hideous, you can do these few things to feel better.

  1. Make sure to eat really well. This isn’t the time for junk food, you’re under a ton of stress and need to take care of your body so you stay strong. Also, make sure you’re hydrated, so drink more water.
  2. Make sure to get sleep. Even napping will help, just make sure to get good rest.
  3. Reach out to your friends and family, they know you and are willing to help out.
  4. Exercise. I know, it’s the last thing you want to do but it will help to make you feel more yourself.
  5. Know that time heals.
