Recipe: Miracle tea & it’s easy to make!

Let me start off by saying I love this tea and it does amazing things.
When you’re feeling off, stiff, exhausted, headachy, sore or even pissed off, make a cup and drink it, you’ll feel way better. I made some after class last night, my wrist was sore and inflamed. After about 20 minutes I was loads better. My friend’s knee was acting up, she also had a cup and noticed a difference too.
Great news is it tastes pretty good too, no muddy flavors. Ready? Here’s the recipe-
- Your favorite mug
- Some turmeric, either dried of fresh, if you’re using dried, you’ll need like a half teaspoon. If it’s fresh, peel and grate up to 2 inches of it, it’s far milder fresh.
- About an inch of fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped or grated
- A big teaspoon of raw homey
- Boiling water that’s been given a few minutes to cool
Take everything & put it in your favorite mug, stir well and sip until done.
Yup, it’s that easy and it tastes great, adjust the flavors to you’re liking. I’m always amazed at how well this tea works, try it next time you need some relief.
