What not to eat to save your teeth

Tooth health is no joke. Our teeth are extremely important to keep healthy, when they’re weak all sorts of trouble can start. It’s been proven that tooth problems like periodontal disease can increase risk for coronary heart disease and stroke.

Brushing and flossing daily are a fantastic start to keeping your teeth strong, another is avoiding foods that weaken teeth.

Brushing immediately after eating acidic foods can actually harm your teeth more, so after a meal rinse out your mouth with water, you can brush later.
