I’m working a few different holiday markets and all I can tell you is people are seriously stressed out these days. What can you do about it?
Take a minute to breathe, to get yourself together if something annoys you. Try your best to either let it pass or deal with the situation calmly.
We forget everyone’s going through their own stuff and most of the time people are completely unaware of what they’re doing. Forgive, forget and move on, it’s healthier for you than reacting and holding a grudge.
If you’re around people that get to you, don’t go overboard on alcohol. It’ll get you even more emotional and that’s no fun.
Take this season to give people a break, with some luck they’ll do the same.
