Eat your pistachios

I’ve been craving pistachios lately and decided to do some research about them, turns out they can help prevent against certain cancers.
According to Natural News dot com, pistachios are pretty amazing, they do all sorts of great things for us.

Raw nuts have all sorts of great nutrients, try to add more to your diet. Most pistachios are roasted but it doesn’t seem to affect them.

This is great news considering I can’t get enough, snack on these instead of processed junk.
