Recipe: How to make cream cheese

So much store bought cream cheese has a plasticky texture to it that I went on a hunt to find a cream cheese recipe.

Behold! This one is amazing, thank you Jill Winger and The Prairie Homestead, this is seriously amazing. You’ll need to get some Mesophilic starter culture but they’re got a link on where to get it, so that makes it easy.
