You know when you’re on to something so good you want to tell everybody about it but you also want to keep it a secret for yourself?

I’m sorry this post wasn’t done earlier, I was on Amtrak and had assumed their wifi would be working, silly me.

It can be tough to eat well when you’re on the road but I had the pleasure of being in Appleton, Wisconsin last week for 24 hours and was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find some good, healthy food, some great stores and a really nice bunch of people.
