It’s been so dang hot I made a big salad for dinner last night.

Yup, August here and still hot.

Here’s a ridiculously easy recipe for you today, perfect for the heat.

I made my first real stew last night and I’m very proud of myself. It was goooooooood.

Carrots. They’re sweet, crunchy, delicious and we tend to forget about them.

I made this last night out of whatever we had lying around the kitchen, it was a bit of an experiment that was deemed a success.

It’s starting to get hot out there, perfect time of year for loads of salads.

I literally just finished a bowl of this stuff and had to make sure I wrote down the recipe.
