Here’s a tip for you to make your root veggies last longer and it basically requires you to do nothing,

You know the deal- You pick up a ton of veggies and greens to keep in the house and the next day they’re wilted. I hate that.

I adore kale, it’s tasty stuff that does lots of good things for you. My newest kale love?

Carrots. They’re sweet, crunchy, delicious and we tend to forget about them.
